Rhythms

A Daily Rhythm is a Godly characteristic that you can partner with the Holy Spirit to cultivate in your life.

The Rhythm Journal allows for a lot of flexibility. One of the downsides to this is that it can be hard to either plan or discern in advance what Daily Rhythms to develop and demonstrate. While there are many rhythms in the Old and New Testament to be discovered as you read God’s word and observe God’s people, there are a number of lists from Paul, Peter, and James to be found in their letters.

On the left side of the table below are some of those lists. Included is a short definition based on the context of the writing. Feel free to use either the word from the verse or from the definitions as your Daily Rhythms.

On the right side of the table is a growing list of user-contributed rhythms. Have you found one you would like to share? Please send it our way.
